Newgen BPM Developer

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>The role is to provide development services and Level 2/3 support of Newgen LCAP system and other in-house development. Follow the system development life cycle (SDLC) process by planning, creating, testing, and deploying applications. Design, develop and support Newgen solutions. Provide ongoing Level 2/3 support for various applications developed in house.</p><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Java, JavaScript frameworks, BPM (added advantage), SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), Visual Studio .NET 2015 and later</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><p>2-4 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.</p><h3>Educational Qualification</h3><p>B.E./B.Tech - CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Developing and installing software solutions.</li><li>Designing, implementing and delivering high-quality software projects in Java, SQL/Oracle, J2EE and other Java technologies.</li><li>Participate in detailed-level design, coding, code reviews, peer code reviews and unit testing, system testing, UAT, demos, POCs, installation and maintenance of software modules.</li><li>Prepare and maintain artifacts such as software prototype, system architecture, software design documents, user interfaces per UX guidelines, coding guidelines, code review artifacts, test plans and test cases, installation/deployment documents, release documents and technical documentation.</li><li>Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and comments in code; ensure tasks are completed within defined effort and timelines.</li><li>Testing: writing of test cases, unit testing, system testing, negative testing.</li><li>Troubleshooting: log analysis and database query optimization.</li><li>Improve operations by conducting system analysis.</li><li>Develop and customize Loan Origination System.</li><li>Develop custom BPM solutions in banking related to banking industry.</li><li>Have thorough knowledge of different ecosystem components in UAE (example Emirates ID, UAEPass, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.</li><li>Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.</li><li>Experience with web development technologies preferred.</li><li>Willingness to learn BPM and other automation technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of current technological trends in software development (OOP, multi-tier development, component architecture, web-based software).</li><li>Knowledge of system integration issues.</li><li>Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, SQL/Oracle, J2EE / other Java technologies.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
