This role is essential for early detection of incidents, timely escalation, and maintaining SLA-driven service continuity in a high-availability environment.</p><h3>Detailed Job Description</h3><p>As a NOC Monitoring Engineer, you will monitor system alerts, perform incident triage, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams. You will work within a structured 24×7 environment, ensuring continuous service delivery and accurate documentation of events. This role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in monitoring tools, and the ability to work efficiently within time-sensitive operational workflows.
