The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data to identify opportunities and challenges across various sectors such as retail, food & beverage, and services.Evaluate performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas requiring improvement.Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance efficiency and increase revenues from non-aeronautical businesses.Develop clear action plans with measurable objectives.Prepare periodic reports outlining the financial and operational performance of non-aeronautical businesses.Produce detailed reports on financial and operational performance and present them to senior management.Provide accurate analyses to offer clear visibility into progress toward defined objectives.Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the achievement of shared goals.Participate in team meetings to exchange ideas and analyze results.Collect customer feedback and use it to guide performance improvements.Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the passenger experience within the airport.Provide feedback and insights on performance during monthly and quarterly meetings.Develop strong relationships with commercial partners and suppliers to strengthen non-aeronautical businesses.Participate in negotiating partnership contracts to ensure optimal returns for the airport.Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and revenue forecasts for non-aeronautical businesses.Assess gaps between actual and planned performance and provide recommendations for improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in the same field#J-18808-Ljbffr
