As an English-speaking oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection and fermentation to bottling and quality control.ResponsibilitiesConducting sensory evaluations of wines and analyzing resultsMonitoring and maintaining the quality of grapes during harvestManaging fermentation processes and adjusting as neededCollaborating with winemakers to create blends that meet desired profilesEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and standardsMaintaining accurate records of production processes and resultsDeveloping new wine products and improving existing onesProviding guidance on proper storage, aging, and serving of winesRequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Oenology or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as an Oenologist in a winery or vineyard settingFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong understanding of wine chemistry, microbiology, and sensory analysisAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust be willing to relocate to Khawr Fakkan, UAE with accommodation providedWe are looking for a passionate Oenologist who is dedicated to producing high-quality wines while continuously learning and developing new techniques.
