Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities include:Overseeing all aspects of office administration and implementing processes to increase efficiencyManaging daily office operations, including handling calls, emails, and messagesManaging staff schedules and maintaining filing systemsOrdering office supplies and coordinating meetings, including taking minutesProviding administrative support to staff and maintaining records on attendance and leaveRequirements:At least one year of experience in a similar roleStrong communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsGood problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsTime management skillsWe offer a salary of 1000 AED per month.
