A good understanding of basic office duties is essential, as well as the ability to take initiative when needed.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors, answer and direct calls in a professional mannerHandle incoming mail and packagesMaintain office filing systemsProcess orders from customersSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsPrepare meeting materials, such as agendas and minutesMaintain office supplies inventory by ordering items as neededHelp organize events or other special projects when neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred but not requiredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential; knowledge of other software programs is an advantageUnderstanding of basic accounting procedures is an advantageWe offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month; we are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
