OverviewOffice assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, reliable and have excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or officeAnswer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate staff memberProvide administrative support such as typing documents, filing, sorting mail and taking messagesHandle requests for information and dataPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents as neededMaintain office supplies and equipment inventorySchedule appointments and meetingsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment with minimal supervisionSalary: The salary offered is 1400 AED per month.
