OverviewOffice assistant in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are in search of an organized, experienced Office Assistant for our growing business in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant work experience and be capable of providing the highest levels of customer service. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.ResponsibilitiesManaging administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, processing mail and other similar tasksOrganizing office suppliesPerforming data entrySupporting managers as neededProviding customer serviceHelp with special projects when requiredQualificationsAt least two years of relevant work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and OutlookCompensation and BenefitsSalary: 900 AED/month.
