The successful candidate will play a crucial role in activating Oliver Wyman’s marketing agenda in the Middle East – strengthening brand presence, supporting priority growth areas, and building meaningful connections with clients and stakeholders.Candidates must bring professional services marketing experience, ideally within management consulting, and demonstrate the ability to translate strategic priorities into high-impact, market-ready marketing programs.Based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, or Doha, this role suits an entrepreneurial self-starter keen to pioneer and deliver marketing programs in the Middle East, while also playing an active role in Oliver Wyman’s wider IMEA marketing community. Approximately 70% of time will be focused on Middle East priorities, with the remaining time contributing to campaigns and initiatives across India and Africa, supporting knowledge-sharing, capability-building, and collective delivery against IMEA objectives.As Marketing Manager for the Middle East, you will work closely with the IMEA Head of Marketing, select Partners, and regional and global marketing peers. You will help interpret, localise, and activate the market’s marketing strategy across a range of topics, delivering integrated campaigns that raise brand visibility, generate access, and deepen relationships with priority audiences.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with IMEA’s Head of Campaigns and Middle East-focused business leadership to fulfil the Head of Marketing’s strategy, translating priority growth areas into integrated, market-ready marketing plans for existing and new sectors.Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in the Middle East, working with colleagues to coordinate content, events, PR, digital, and partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality market activation aligned to business priorities.Deliver and activate local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media, media relations, email marketing, video, and events, to increase brand visibility and generate client access.Work with the IMEA Intelligence Associate to conduct campaign reporting and performance analysis, to measure effectiveness and continuously optimise marketing activity. Track campaign budgets and supplier spend for Middle East activity.In partnership with the IMEA Head of PR, support management of the local PR agency, helping expand Oliver Wyman’s presence in tier-one media and contributing to media engagement through existing or developing journalist relationships.Create market-specific content and adapt global marketing materials for local relevance, with a strong focus on culturally resonant storytelling and effective distribution.Deliver full marketing campaigns around key calendar moments and market milestones, ensuring Oliver Wyman’s narrative is visible to priority audiences at the right time.Working alongside Middle East–focused peers, give dedicated attention to specific industry sectors and capabilities, building strong subject-matter familiarity and acting as a trusted marketing advisor to the business on how best to create impact.Represent the Middle East market in global marketing forums, identifying synergies between global initiatives and local execution.Collaborate with Oliver Wyman’s think tank, the Oliver Wyman Forum, and holding company Marsh, to support content planning and delivery for relevant report and insight launches.Identify and activate marketing-led partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, associations, and influencers, aligned to priority campaigns.Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Partner leadership, supporting priority and proprietary client relationships.Support employer brand activity through local marketing activations, working closely with the Recruitment team.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, sharing actionable insights with marketing and business stakeholders.Identify, secure, and coordinate speaking opportunities for firm leaders at influential conferences and events across the region.Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enable collaboration and support business development efforts.Experience Required:8+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing or communications role within professional services or an agency environment; management consulting
