Onboarding Specialist (Temporary – 3 Months)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onboarding Specialist with a background in recruitment to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling high-volume hiring within the hospitality sector and be confident managing visa processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full onboarding lifecycle from offer stage through to employee start datePrepare and process offer letters and employment contracts accurately and efficientlyCoordinate visa processing, labour documentation, medical requirements, and Emirates ID applicationsLiaise closely with the PRO department and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and complianceManage security clearance processes where applicableSupport high-volume hiring campaigns, particularly within hospitality operationsMaintain accurate onboarding trackers and employee recordsPartner closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employeeProvide clear communication and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding journeyRequirements3+ years’ experience in onboarding or HR operationsPrior recruitment experience preferredExperience managing high-volume hiring within hospitality is highly desirableStrong working knowledge of visa and labour processing proceduresExperience coordinating with PRO departmentsExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTechnology literate and comfortable using HR systems and MS Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
