Operation Manager

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share, aligning with the Companys priorities and objectives.Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing teams to align data insights with tactical execution.Partner with local teams to address market-specific challenges (cultural, regulatory, or operational).Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the business development team.Respond to client inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent development strategies with business goals and monitor employee performance evaluations.Monitor competitors activities and assist in gathering marketing intelligence.Report to the management and team members with client feedback, market intelligence and business trends.Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.Assist management in budget planning and ROI analyzing and evaluation.Assist management team with necessary project data collection and coordination.Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies.Serve as a liaison between leadership and regional teams to ensure strategy execution.Other ad Hoc projects as assigned.RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent in Business / Commercial Management or related majorAt least 4 years' Project Management, Operation Management, Business Development or Sales experienceFinance background is preferredStrong business acumen and market senseGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and organization skillPositive thinking, high degree of self motivation, collaborative, persistent and result orientatedWilling to work under tight timeline and pressureProficient in Mandarin and English; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
