Whether modifying aircraft to help protect our service members overseas, performing geographical mapping for scientific research, or working to suppress large wildfires on the West Coast, we serve with integrity and excellence.Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating maintenance on 2 modified Global 6000 aircraft located in the UAE.Job ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the customer on maintenance planning and hangar issuesCoordinate maintenance with opposite Operations Manager and Operation Control ManagerAssist the Maintenance Planner with scheduling aircraft maintenanceComplete daily, weekly, and monthly reports to appropriate managersBecome familiar with the program\'s local software requirements (ADMIS) for aircraft data entryManage maintenance personnel to support the customer needsEnsure aircraft maintenance documentation is properly completed and routed to the records department in a timely mannerCommunicate maintenance needs and issues to the program Accountable ManagerAssist the Operations Control Manager with the use of parts and tooling requirements and needsResponsible for maintenance personnel RSQCM complianceProvides performance evaluation of maintenance personnelWork directly with the end user OJT students in setting up work assignmentsMaintain a safe and clean work environment and report any unsafe conditionsOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsFAA A&P License or equivalent EASA/GCAA certificatesWilling to relocate to the UAE for minimum of 2 years3+ years Global aircraft experience preferredStrong communication and organization skillsProven leadership skillsPrevious experience supervising personnel and maintenance planningWilling and able to make technical decisions based on available informationWilling to support schedule and shift workExperience using Microsoft Office products to communicate and complete paperworkResourcefulness in solving and correcting problemsIt is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
