<div><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>MULTI-UNIT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL</b></p><p><b>BASED IN RIYADH, KSA</b></p><p>An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium dining locations within a well-established restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple premium dining outlets</li><li>Support the execution of operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and guest experience</li><li>Take ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiatives</li><li>Ensure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational procedures</li><li>Monitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement</li><li>Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution</li><li>Lead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performance</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presence</li><li>Deliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistency</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations</li><li>Work closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as an Operations Manager within premium dining or high-end restaurant groups</li><li>Experience managing multi-site restaurant operations</li><li>Strong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit level</li><li>Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly</li><li>Experience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirable</li><li>Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams</li><li>Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environments</li><li>Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings</li><li>Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences</li></ul><p><strong>Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.</strong></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
