Operations Manager / Operations Executive (Logistics Operations) Middle East Responsibility (UAE)No: of openings : 4Full TimeExperience: 2 - 7 YearsPosted on: December 12, 2025Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and dispatch planning.Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and cycle counts with minimal discrepancies.Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service quality.Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.Handle vendor coordination, transport scheduling, and 3PL management when required.Lead, train, and support ground staff to maintain productivity and adherence to SOPs.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.Qualification / RequirementBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.2–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatch planning, and warehouse processes.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and operations reporting.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of local transport regulations and logistics compliance norms is an added advantage.Experience handling Middle East logistics responsibilities is preferred.This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast‑paced logistics environments and enjoy solving operational challenges.
