Operations Manager - Warehouse

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. This role manages warehouse teams, drives operational efficiency, ensures safety and compliance, and maintains high standards of inventory control, cost management, and customer service.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatchLead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targetsEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controlsMonitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, service level, and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policiesManage labor planning, shift scheduling, and warehouse budgetsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costsCoordinate with logistics, procurement, customer service, and IT teams to support supply chain objectivesOversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and WMSRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field5-8 years of warehouse or distribution operations experienceMinimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processesProven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing KPIs, labor planning, and operational budgetsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
