<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>As an Optometrist you will work as part of EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly. In addition you will act as an ambassador for ELC ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform store duties including opening and closing, merchandising and selling.</li><li>Offer help and advice to customers with choosing frames and eye care products.</li><li>Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with local guidelines.</li><li>Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available).</li><li>Liaise with other medical practitioners as needed.</li><li>Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles and contact lenses.</li><li>Coach assistants to deliver effective selling behaviours and high customer engagement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience and in the possession of an optical diploma (Optometrist).</li><li>Optical License.</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Proven experience as an Optometrist in a retail or optical setting.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of vision correction, frame styling, lens types, and coatings.</li><li>Proficiency in performing accurate measurements, including pupillary distance (PD).</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Offer help and advice to customers with choosing frames.</li><li>Passionate about the industry and brand.</li><li>Flexible (working weekends and evenings).</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.</li><li>Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement.</li><li>Liaise with other medical practitioners.</li><li>Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles&contact lenses.</li></ul><h3>Core behavioural competencies</h3><ul><li>Proactive approach</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Empathy</li><li>Innovation and Initiative</li><li>Problems Solution</li><li>Great presentation and communication skills</li><li>Multi-tasking</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>Dammam, Saudi Arabia</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
