Oracle Fusion Consultant

Role SummaryResponsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials). The consultant ensures seamless system performance, process optimization, integration with other systems, and user adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and post-go-live support.Configure modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or HCM.Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.Develop and maintain functional documentation, configurations, and test scripts.Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting.Provide user training and ongoing application support.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HR.Hands‑on experience in configuration, personalization, and setup tasks within Fusion.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.Technical & Functional SkillsDeep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.Understanding of multi‑currency, multi‑entity, and approval workflow setups.Experience with period close processes, audit, and internal controls.Technical ToolsOracle Cloud Configuration WorkbenchOIC, SOAP/REST APIs, Apex (optional)BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart ViewBasic SQL/PLSQL for troubleshootingSoft SkillsExcellent communication and client‑facing skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.Comfortable with remote collaboration and agile project methods.Preferred CertificationsOracle Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant Fusion module(s).Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations certification.Example Job TitlesOracle Fusion Functional ConsultantOracle Cloud ERP ConsultantOracle Fusion Financials / SCM / HCM ConsultantOracle Cloud Technical Consultant#J-18808-Ljbffr
