An Outlets Manager with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for is responsible for managing management over 4 restaurant operations beach beach club poolside restaurant and signature dinning.What will I be doingAs an Outlets Manager you are responsible for managing 4 restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Outlets Manager would also be required to manage train and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency consistency and adherence to high-quality standards.Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations.Lead train and inspire a multicultural kitchen brigade fostering a culture of excellence teamwork and innovation.Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members growth and development.Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service.Collaborate with the Culinary team to tailor experiences for special events and themed dining.Recruit manage train and develop the Restaurant teamManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and PayrollDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenueDevelop menus with other members of F&B teamAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenueSet departmental targets and objectives work schedules budgets and policies and proceduresEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generatedBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsComply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislationWhat are we looking forAn Outlets Manager serving Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members.
