Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal – Construction Contracts to support our road and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on contract review, drafting, and administration, particularly under FIDIC-based contracts, working closely with project, commercial, and management teams.Key Responsibilities:Review, draft, and organize construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendmentsAssist in administration of FIDIC contracts (Red Book)Support variation orders, claims, EOTs, and contractual correspondencePrepare contract summaries, risk notes, and obligation trackersMonitor notices, deadlines, and contractual complianceCoordinate with QS, Project Managers, and external legal advisorsMaintain organized contract and claims documentationSupport dispute preparation (without providing legal opinions)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law OR Civil EngineeringMinimum 3–7 years experience in construction or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of FIDIC contracts, preferably contractor-sideExperience in road or infrastructure projects is mandatoryStrong English drafting and reading skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and professional#J-18808-Ljbffr
