The firm advises global corporations, financial institutions and investment managers on complex cross-border transactions and corporate matters.Due to continued growth in their Dubai office, they are looking to appoint a Paralegal to support lawyers across a range of corporate, investment funds and finance matters.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing legal team working on international transactions and sophisticated client mandates.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, proofread and prepare a range of legal documentation including agreements, resolutions, correspondence and filingsConduct legal research and assist with due diligence processesMaintain organised client and matter files, ensuring documentation and registers remain up to dateSupport lawyers with transaction management, including preparing closing checklists and closing documentationAssist with the preparation of engagement letters, fee estimates and internal documentationCoordinate document production processes including certification, notarisation and legalisation where requiredLiaise with clients, counsel and external service providers regarding corporate filings and documentationSupport corporate structuring, incorporations and related regulatory filingsAssist with drafting corporate documentation including share transfers, board resolutions and constitutional documentsConduct company and court searchesSupport lawyers on corporate transactions, including private equity investments, reorganisations and financing mattersAssist with preparing first drafts of standard form legal documentation and transaction deliverablesCandidate ProfileLaw degree or equivalent paralegal qualificationPrevious experience working as a Paralegal within a law firm or professional services environmentExposure to corporate, finance, regulatory or investment funds work is advantageousStrong drafting, organisational and document management skillsHigh level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environmentProactive, reliable and comfortable working to deadlinesWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to join a highly respected international firmExposure to complex cross-border corporate and finance mattersCollaborative and professional team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
