<div><p>We’re a fast-growing premium beauty brand with global ambitions currently focused on building deeper audience connection and long-term visibility.</p><p>We're looking for a<b>part-time Social Media Strategist</b>who understands how to position a brand, spot winning trends, and build recognition through smart strategy (not content posting).</p><p>This is a<b>remote strategy-only role</b>, but preference will be given to candidates<b>based in Dubai</b>who are open to occasional in-person meetings.</p><p>We are only reviewing applications with a portfolio and thoughtful answers. Please<b>complete this in your cover letter to apply</b>:</p><p>What to include:</p><ul><li>Portfolio or folder with past strategic brand work</li><li>One campaign you led (with results or visuals)</li><li>Sample of platform strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Creative direction sample (brand voice, moodboard, etc.)</li><li>One example of how your strategy helped a brand go from flat to standout</li></ul><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Audit our existing brand presence across social and paid media</li><li>Propose updated content direction: voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends</li><li>Identify strategic gaps in storytelling or engagement and provide actionable solutions</li><li>Collaborate with internal content and ad teams to align messaging</li><li>Share competitor and market insights (Dubai&US focused)</li><li>Contribute to campaign direction and creative briefing (not day-to-day content creation)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>3+ years of experience</b>in social media strategy (not posting)</li><li>Deep knowledge of the<b>Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets</b></li><li>Past work with<b>DTC brands</b>in beauty, wellness, or fashion</li><li>Strong understanding of<b>hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and positioning</b></li><li>Able to submit<b>real past work</b>: brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.</li><li>Bonus: Available in Dubai for occasional strategy sessions (not mandatory)</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>$1,500–$2,000/month based on experience&portfolio</li><li>Flexible, part-time contract</li><li>Fully remote (Dubai-based preferred for optional in-person sessions)</li><li>Chance to work with a fast-scaling DTC brand</li><li>No routine posting this is about strategy, not scheduling</li></ul><p>This is a short-term role with long-term impact.
