We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLECSO - Party Host | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment | OperationsROLE SUMMARYThe CSO – Party Host is responsible for delivering exceptional birthday and special event experiences for guests at Ski Dubai and Magic Planet. The role requires an energetic, engaging, and creative individual who can host parties, coordinate activities, manage decorations, and ensure a seamless and memorable celebration from start to finish.ROLE PROFILEHost and lead birthday parties and special events, ensuring an engaging, fun, and high-energy atmosphere for children and families.Act as an entertainer/animator by leading games, activities, and interactive experiences suitable for different age groups.Set up and coordinate party decorations in line with selected themes and brand standards.Manage the full party flow including guest welcome, activity coordination, cake ceremony, and gift distribution.Liaise with operations, F&B, and guest services teams to ensure smooth execution of events.Ensure safety standards are followed during all activities and attractions.Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with parents and guests, handling requests, and resolving minor concerns on the spot.Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas before, during, and after events.REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience as a Party Host, Event Host, Animator, or in a similar entertainment role (preferably within FEC, theme parks, hospitality, or kids entertainment environments).Hands-on experience with party setup, decorations, and coordinating themed activities.Strong ability to engage and entertain children confidently and energetically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High energy, enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
