Our client is a leading hospitality group based in Dubai are looking for a creative French pastry head chef for their team:Responsibilities:Manage the overall operations of the Pastry departmentCreate new and exciting French desserts to renew the menus and engage the interest of customersPrepare a variety of French baked goodsTrain & develop the pastry team to maintain solid skills, consistency & qualityFollow kitchen policies, HACCP procedures and service standards;ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipmentRequirements:Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant roleApproaches pastry in a creative wayStrong supervisory skillsA current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)Willing to travel for projects within GCC#J-18808-Ljbffr
