We are currently looking for a Payroll Risk&Compliance Expert in United Arab Emirates.</b></p><p>This is a highly specialized and strategic role focused on ensuring payroll compliance across international markets in a fully remote, fast-evolving environment. You will act as the go-to expert for regional payroll regulations, translating complex legal requirements into scalable systems and processes. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams, you will embed compliance directly into platform design and workflows. The role combines deep subject-matter expertise with systems thinking, enabling you to influence both operational execution and product innovation. You’ll lead audits, resolve high-risk compliance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
