PCS7 Engineer with ELICS Systems ExpertiseAbout the job PCS7 Engineer with ELICS Systems ExpertiseThe PCS7 Engineer with ELICS expertise is responsible for design, implementation, and commissioning of PCS7 based Control Systems, SIMATIC S7 Safety Systems, and ELICS Systems for a variety of industrial control system applications.Job ResponsibilitiesPCS7, WinCC and STEP 7 programming of control systemsFire & Gas systems and Emergency Shutdown Systems design and programming.Involvement throughout whole software/systems lifecycle, from design through coding to testing,installation and configuration, and documentationInstallation and configuration/testing work at customer sitesStrong verbal and written communication skillsMinimum experience 5+ Years with PCS 7 preferred Oil & Gas SystemsAbility to develop PCS7 and PLC programs based on reading schematics and interpreting customer specificationsAbility to troubleshoot control loops and motor wiringNetwork architecture design and Industrial instrumentation selection, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshootingSpecific experience with ELICS Systems required:Hands-on PCS7 based project experience (Siemens Power Control Library preferred).Experience in Electrical/Automation Cabinet Hardware Engineering & CommissioningEPDCS Emergency Power Distribution Control Systems.PMS - Power Management Systems.GMS - Generator Management Systems.LSS/LSC Load Sharing, Load Shedding & Load Management Systems.Documentation (IO Lists, FDS, FAT procedure, SAT procedure, Logic Flowchart, Control Philosophy, O&M manuals)Hands-on expertise in third party integration protocols such as Modbus (serial), Modbus (TCP), IEC-61850, OPC)Knowledge of functional block development and customization in PCS7Conducting internal testing, FAT and SAT.Your Qualifications And SkillsMinimum 5 years experience in Siemens DCS and SCADA design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Hands on experience in PCS7 Safety SystemsGood client facing skills, must be able to work as part of combined client/contractor team.In depth knowledge of Water and Wastewater process, Petrochemical processes, and Oil & Gas processesWillingness to travel and work away when required#J-18808-Ljbffr
