Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary People & Culture Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for shaping and nurturing our organizational culture while overseeing all aspects of human resources management.Develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with the companys mission and goalsLead talent acquisition efforts including recruitment onboarding and retention initiativesDesign and manage performance management processes to drive employee growth and developmentSpearhead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environmentOversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring competitiveness and complianceDevelop and implement People & Culture policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws and best practicesManage employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectivelyDrive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organizationCollaborate with leadership to facilitate organizational change and developmentAnalyzemetrics and provide insights to inform strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in the UAEQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field3 years of experience as a People & Culture Manager with a focus on culture and employee experienceProfessional HR certification ideally level 5 CIPDProven track record of developing and implementing successful People & Culture strategies and culture-building initiativesStrong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationProficiency in HR management software and performance management systemsExperience in talent acquisition retention and organizational developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead change management initiativesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenCross-cultural communication skills and experience working in diverse environmentsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive mattersBenefitsLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare competitive salary and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think make and thrive at workThe opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed innovative cultureRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
