Job Description
As Performance Ops & Acquisition Lead, you will own the full paid acquisition funnel and the marketing operations infrastructure that powers it— from strategy and campaign execution to analytics, process design, and team leadership— with the goal of driving qualified trader acquisition and brand awareness across the MENA region. You will lead a small regional marketing team while working closely with business development, product, and compliance teams to craft culturally resonant campaigns for Arabic‑ and English‑speaking audiences, adapting TMGM's global brand for local relevance.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Acquisition & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Arabic‑language audiencesManage significant regional ad budgets with rigorous focus on cost and return benchmarksRun A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve conversion ratesDevelop geo‑targeted strategies across MENA markets, adapting to local platform behaviours and media buying nuancesMarketing Operations & InfrastructureBuild and maintain end‑to‑end tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement across all paid channelsOwn and evolve the regional marketing technology stack, including CRM integration, marketing automation, lead scoring, and landing page toolingDevelop and document standardised SOPs and reporting processes to support team efficiency and scalabilityLead onboarding and capability building as the team grows, establishing best practices across campaign ops and analyticsCollaborate with data and technology teams to implement proper funnel analysis and attribution modellingRegional Strategy & LocalisationAdapt TMGM's global brand messaging, campaigns, and creatives for cultural nuance and local market relevance across MENAIdentify and capitalise on regional events, trading seasons, and market cycles to inform campaign calendarsPartner with local influencers, media outlets, and affiliate networks to extend reach in key MENA marketsEnsure all marketing activities comply with regional regulatory requirementsAnalytics & ReportingOwn performance dashboards and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on key marketing KPIsApply a data‑driven approach to decision making, leveraging analytics and business intelligence platformsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends across MENA to identify growth opportunitiesTeam Leadership & Cross‑Functional CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop direct reports within the MENA marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering a high‑performance cultureWork with the global creative team to brief and produce high‑quality Arabic and English ad creativesPartner with regional Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing campaigns with conversion and onboarding targetsLiaise with Product and Technology teams to ensure landing pages and registration flows are optimised for MENA user behaviourProvide market intelligence and strategic input to inform TMGM's broader MENA go‑to‑market plansWhat We're Looking ForEssential Requirements5+ years of hands‑on performance and digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on the MENA regionProven track record managing and scaling paid media campaigns across major channels with measurable results in a B2C environmentDemonstrated experience building and leading a marketing team, with the ability to coach and develop junior talentStrong marketing operations mindset — experience owning marketing technology stacks, CRM integrations, lead scoring, and marketing automation toolsExperience in financial services, fintech, forex/CFD trading, or adjacent regulated industries strongly preferredDeep understanding of the MENA digital landscape, including platform behaviours, audience segmentation, cultural sensitivities, and media buying nuancesStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics, attribution tools, and business intelligence platformsFamiliarity with regulatory marketing requirements in the UAE and wider Gulf marketsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldRelevant digital marketing certificationsExperience building marketing operations infrastructure from the ground up in a growth or scale‑up environmentExposure to affiliate marketing or partnership marketing in the trading sectorArabic language proficiency is a strong advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
