Job Description

ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks, deadlines, and requests to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.Special Projects: Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as assigned by the CEO.Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is preferred.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proactivity: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular hours if needed.If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are a suitable candidate for the role.
