Pharmacist in El-Fujairah, UAEPharmacist Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional Pharmacist to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications as well as providing advice and information to customers.The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, and hold a valid license to practice pharmacy. They should also have excellent customer service skills and be knowledgeable about drug interactions and side effects.Responsibilities:• Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors or other health practitioners• Advise patients on the correct usage of medications, possible drug interactions, side effects and dosage• Update patient records with information about dispensed medications• Prepare labels for prescription containers with the name of the patient, medication name, dosage instructions, etc.• Calculate medication dosages accurately prior to dispensing• Receive prescriptions from patients either in person or over the phone• Maintain accurate records regarding stock levels and expiry dates of medicationsDemands for the Candidate:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master’s degree preferred• Valid license to practice pharmacy in El-Fujairah• 1 year experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred but not required• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with customers and other healthcare professionals• Knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals and drug interactions/side effectsWe offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus benefits.
