Physical Security Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Engineer (SAF/SEC) with proven expertise in the design, engineering, and execution of Safety and Security systems across all project stages (Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, strong knowledge of SAF/SEC requirements, and hands-on experience in both design and construction supervision of security systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and engineering of SAF/SEC systems in compliance with Saudi standards and authority requirements.Manage SAF/SEC scope across all project stages: Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and Construction Supervision.Prepare design reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Coordinate with clients, authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.Conduct site inspections and support testing, commissioning, and system handover.Ensure full compliance with Saudi authority approvals and international best practices.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.Technical SkillsDesign and engineering of SAF/SEC systemsCCTV SystemsAccess Control SystemsIntrusion Detection SystemsPerimeter Security SystemsPublic Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA) SystemsSecurity Management & Command SystemsSystem integration with Fire Alarm and BMSPreparation of technical reports, drawings, specifications, and BOQsSite supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover supportQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic EngineeringMinimum 8 years of experience in SAF/SEC systemsMandatory experience working in Saudi ArabiaProven SAF/SEC design experience across multiple project stagesStrong knowledge of Saudi SAF/SEC standards, codes, and authority requirementsPrevious experience with consulting engineering firmsSkillsStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and technical documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesLeadership and mentoring skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
