Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 07/03/2025Supervise a team of pipefitters, helpers, and equipment operators on-site.Interpret project drawings, specifications, and method statements for pipeline works.Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and machinery accordingly.Ensure proper alignment, leveling, jointing, and laying of GRP, DI, HDPE, PVC, and concrete pipes.Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and other civil teams (excavation, backfilling).Inspect trench preparation, pipe bedding, compaction, and backfilling as per standards.Verify material availability, delivery, and correct usage on-site.Monitor and ensure safety compliance (Permit to Work, trench safety, confined space, lifting).Report daily progress, issues, and manpower to the site/project engineer.Guide the team during pressure testing, hydrotesting, and flushing activities.RequirementsRequirementDetailsEducationITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil or relevant trade certificationExperience5–8 years (with at least 2–3 years as foreman in road/infrastructure)Gulf ExperienceUAE/GCC experience in road projects is strongly preferredPipe KnowledgeDI, GRP, HDPE, uPVC, RCC, and concrete pipes (up to 1200mm+)Codes & StandardsFamiliarity with UAE/local municipality standards (e.g.,DM, RTA, etc.)LanguageBasic English (read/write), Hindi/Urdu/Tamil as secondary language#J-18808-Ljbffr
