Planning Manager

Planning Manager - QatarReporting to the Project Director providing the overall Planning and Programming of this major scheme that consists of 7 individual programmes as part of a complex master plan.Part of the senior management team responsible for the delivery of the scheme in a client facing role.Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of works for multiple programmes.Your involvement will be from pre‑construction stages through to hand over, including procurement, design management, delivery and hand over of each programme which are at different phases.Responsible for managing all planning staff and planning aspects of the sub‑consultants and trades package contractors.Internal and external reporting.Experience / QualificationsInternational experience is NOT essential.High End Building experience is essential.Hotel construction experience is an advantage.A Main Contracting, Management Contracting or Construction Management background is required.Must have experience with well recognized, blue‑chip construction organisations.Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.The Salary PackageFull Tax‑free salary package that includes Basic Salary, Accommodation Allowance, Transport Allowance.Full international private medical cover.Life Insurance.Mobilisation / Demobilisation.Please apply online.About The CompanyEngage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.
