With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.</p><h3>Context</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Planning&Scheduling Lead to join a prestigious masterplanning project here in Riyadh. This role demands a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in scheduling and planning for urban development or large-scale infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.</p><h3>Missions/Main Duties</h3><ul><li>Lead, develop, and oversee the comprehensive planning and scheduling activities throughout the masterplanning project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring&control, and closeout).</li><li>Establish and maintain the master schedule in Primavera P6 (including P6 EPPM/online), integrating inputs from all stakeholders, discipline leads, and subcontractors.</li><li>Interface with project managers, engineers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment with project objectives and key deliverables.</li><li>Facilitate schedule risk analysis, critical path assessments, and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present progress reports, schedule forecasts, and recovery plans for management and client review.</li><li>Lead schedule review meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions; identify and mitigate schedule delays.</li><li>Ensure compliance with PMO procedures, project controls frameworks, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Mentor and support the project planning team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.</li><li>Coordinate the integration of schedule data with cost, procurement, and document control teams for holistic project controls.</li></ul><h3>Profile/Skills</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 15 years’ planning and scheduling experience with a proven track record delivering major buildings and mixed-use developments, including high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and podium/parking structures. Experience across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover stages on complex, multi-phase developments is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated professional experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is mandatory, with familiarity in local authorities, permitting, and regional delivery practices for building projects.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (including P6 EPPM/online) for vertical construction programs, interface management, and multi-contract integrations.</li><li>Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel for cost/time analytics and PowerPoint for executive reporting.</li><li>Proficiency with project collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, BI/reporting platforms) tailored to building project controls.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of project controls and scheduling best practices for buildings, including WBS development, resource and cost loading, critical path analysis, delay/claims analysis, and recovery schedules.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across architects, engineers, specialty contractors, and fit-out vendors.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, capable of producing clear executive-level reports and client presentations.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and inspire planning teams in a multicultural environment, driving performance across multiple building packages and integrated mixed-use programs.</li></ul><p>Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
