Plumber

What you will be doing:Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment including water supply systems sewer pumps and drainage networks throughout the property.Install repair and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems including sinks tubs toilets water heaters and conditioners.Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems including cleaning fat traps soil pipes and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets.Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.Install supports and hangers for pipes fixtures and equipment ensuring proper positioning and functionality.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures.Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Team Leader or foreman.Qualifications :Your experience and skills include:Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies maintenanceExperience in a similar hospitality fieldAbility to speak clearly EnglishSkills in the following categories: Plumbing Pipe fighting Water Heater Boilers Electrical (an advantage) General MaintenanceRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
