With a strong track record of delivering high-quality fit out solutions, our client has established themselves as a market leader in the industry.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Head to lead our project management office and oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and a strong understanding of the fit out industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the project management office, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgetsDevelop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projectsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior managementIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide solutions to ensure project successCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project executionMentor and develop project management team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growthDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunitiesStay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to project management processes as neededQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of the fit out industry, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and regulationsProven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, preferably in the commercial, residential, or hospitality sectorsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in project management software and toolsFluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
