Role OverviewWith a focus on delivering exceptional services for Marsh clients operating in India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex accounts. Based in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) Marsh office your role will involve driving growth, profitability and client satisfaction by aligning client strategies and needs with Marsh’s capabilities and resources.You will act as a trusted advisor to Marsh clients, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize their risk profile and enhance their risk management strategies. Additionally you will play a key role in pursuing new business development opportunities and expanding the range of MMC products and services held by Marsh clients.As part of the War & Terrorism broking team you play a key role in facilitating Political Violence policies for Marsh clients in IMEA. With a few years of broking experience you will continue to grow as an individual contributor demonstrating problem‑solving abilities and the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance from senior team members.What can you expectThe candidate will join Bowring Marsh Dubai in our high‑performing broking team for Political Violence & Terrorism risks.
