OverviewThe Center for Sand Hazards and Opportunities in Resilience Energy and Sustainability (SHORES) seeks to recruit a Postdoctoral Associate to work on a broader field of geotechnical engineering.Required QualificationsA successful applicant must have a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field with a focus on one or more of the following:Artificial intelligence applications in geotechnical engineeringBioremediation and geoenvironmental engineeringGeohazards risk assessment and management via remote sensingEnergy geotechnicsAdvanced experimental testing and field instrumentationResearch ProjectThe successful applicant will lead a fascinating project aimed at enhancing the state in designing and managing efficient and environmentfriendly infrastructure and energy systems. The PostDoctoral Associate will work in a multidisciplinary environment consisting of researchers graduate students and undergraduate students.
