In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions, leveraging advanced Power BI and automation capabilities while thriving in an async, written communication-driven environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collect, preprocess, and cleanse data from diverse internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis.</li><li>Design and develop efficient data models, intuitive dashboards, and interactive reports using Power BI, emphasizing mobile compatibility.</li><li>Utilize advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and Power Automate to perform analytics, automate processes, and optimize dashboard performance.</li><li>Deploy data models into production environments and integrate them seamlessly into decision-making workflows and business applications.</li><li>Assure data quality by identifying, resolving inconsistencies, and implementing best practices for data governance and privacy.</li><li>Present data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, using compelling visualizations to inform business KPIs.</li><li>Manage Power BI administration including gateways, data source connections, and user access, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, with advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.</li><li>Proven expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and designing performance-optimized dashboards for both desktop and mobile.</li><li>Strong command of SQL, data extraction from REST APIs, and interpreting complex datasets using statistical techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively in writing, aligning with our async culture.</li><li>Solid understanding of database concepts and best practices for visualization and data governance.</li><li>Prior experience in large-scale organizations, with a track record of cross-team collaboration.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License and current UAE residency are mandatory.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.</li><li>Previous experience in the logistics, freezone, or ports industries.</li><li>Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning within Power BI.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
