Knowledge / Experience / Competencies RequiredJob Specific Knowledge: Experience in execution of FEED and Detail Engineering for onshore & Offshore Oil and Gas projects.Perform engineering design for Telecom System for Oil and Gas projects. Shall have experience of working in major ADNOC projects.Preparation/review of all Telecom Engineering deliverables such as Telecom design Basis specifications data sheets Telecom Coverage Study Reports Block Diagrams for Telecom system TETRA Radio System Access Control System PAGA CCTV System LAN/WAN System Power Consumption & Heat Dissipation Calculation Telecom Equipment list Telecom Tie-In List Telecom Cable Schedule Layout drawing Telecom MTO etc.Providing input to LER & Control room layouts & Field layouts for onshore Oil & Gas projectsGuiding 3D modeler for 3D modelling activity.Preparation of scope of work and Technical Bid Evaluation for selection of TSI (Telecom System Integrator).Field Engineering FAT SAT and Commissioning supportIndustry Specific Experience : Good knowledge of ADNOC standards SHELL DEPs International standards such as ITU-T IEEE ANSI NFPA IEC Standards. Education Qualifications Accreditation Training: Graduate Degree in TelecommunicationEngineering. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing implementing advanced Telecommunication systems and equipment in complex large-scale projects.Carry out FEED and detailed design engineering activities pertaining to Telecommunication systems and sub-system including co-ordination with the various discipline groups in an engineering consultancy organization. The preferred areas of expertise within Telecommunication systems are: onshore Telecommunication networks (SDH/OTN/DWDM/Gigabit Ethernet etc) Wireless digital communication systems (HF VHF UHF Tetra and spread spectrum etc.) serial communication systems CCTV systems Information Systems and Telephone/Data Networks and structured cabling PA/GA Systems Access Control Systems.This position requires deep technical knowledge leadership ability and the capacity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery meets industry standards and specifications.The candidate shall have high technical knowledge and proven experience of delivering onshore and offshore detail Engineering projects (both green field and Brownfield) involving processing platforms and Well Head Towers.
