Print Production & Client Relations Manager Jobs in DubaiLocation: Dubai UAESalary Range: AED per monthRole OverviewWe are hiring a Print Production & Client Relations Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of physical branded assets in the UAE. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused coordinating between internal stakeholders, international design teams and local UAE suppliers to ensure all printed and fabricated assets are produced accurately, cost‑effectively and on time.This is not a digital marketing role. The focus is print production supplier management and client‑facing coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPrint Production ManagementManage the full production lifecycle for printed and fabricated brand assets from brief through to final deliveryCoordinate production of items such as stickers, sample kits, POS materials, brochures, large format prints, branded merchandise and showroom or display assetsDrive fast turnaround delivery on urgent requests and time-sensitive activationsEnsure correct file handover to suppliers and confirm technical feasibility before production startsClient Relations and Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary UAE point of contact for internal stakeholders and client-side teams on all production requestsTranslate business needs into clear production briefs for suppliers and design teamsTrack approvals, feedback and sign‑offs to prevent delays and reworkMaintain strong service levels under pressure, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and informedSupplier Sourcing Negotiation and ManagementSource and manage relationships with UAE printing houses, large format suppliers, signage vendors, fabricators, carpenters and related production partnersObtain multiple quotations, negotiate pricing and recommend best‑value optionsCoordinate timelines, logistics, sampling, revisions and delivery schedulesMaintain a reliable supplier network for rapid executionQuality Control and ProofingConduct in‑person quality checks on samples and final production items before approving mass runsIdentify issues relating to gradients, colour matching, resolution, finishing, cutting, alignment and material qualityPrevent production errors that lead to waste, delays or brand damageEnsure output meets brand standards and expected finish qualityPlanning and Continuous ImprovementCreate repeatable workflows for ordering, proofing, approvals and production trackingImprove speed, reliability and cost control across production cyclesFlag production risks early and propose practical solutionsRequirementsExperience35 years experience in print production, signage production, advertising production or a similar production environment in the UAEStrong understanding of print production processes and vendor capabilities across UAESkillsStrong knowledge of print materials, finishing and production workflowsProven supplier negotiation and quote comparison experienceExcellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder managementHigh attention to detail, especially for proofing and physical QCStrong English grammar and written communicationMandatoryUAE driving licencePreferredHindi and/or Urdu (useful for supplier communication)Experience in building materials, construction or industrial sector environmentsExisting network across UAE printing and fabrication suppliersPersonal AttributesExecution‑first, reliable and fast‑movingCalm under pressure and able to manage urgent timelinesDetail‑obsessed and quality‑drivenPractical problem‑solver with strong supplier instinctsCompensationAED per month depending on experienceIncentives may be added for cost savings, speed of delivery or new supplier sourcing valueStandard UAE benefitsSimilar Job Titles:Print Production ManagerProduction Manager PrintingSignage Production ManagerExhibition Production ManagerProduction Coordinator AdvertisingTo Apply:Apply to this job post by filling in all the blank fields.
