Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensure timely delivery of goods, and drive cost optimization through financial analysis and effective vendor management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards to support our business objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order managementCoordinate goods receipt, quality inspection, and GRN posting to ensure accuracy of received materialsOversee order picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch documentation to meet delivery schedulesPerform financial analysis of procurement data including P&L, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecastingMonitor cost management initiatives to optimize procurement spend and reduce expensesLiaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationshipsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement plans with business objectivesMaintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management reviewEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standardsUtilize ERP systems and MS Excel for procurement tracking and data analysisSkillsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field2-6 years of hands‑on experience in procurement or purchasing rolesProven technical expertise in financial analysis, P&L management, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong knowledge of cost management and accounting principlesExperience with procurement processes including goods receipt, quality inspection, GRN posting, order picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch documentationProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plusPreferred QualificationsProfessional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalentExperience working in large-scale manufacturing or logistics environmentsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and import/export proceduresFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologiesAdvanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Finance, or related fieldArabic language proficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
