Product Engineer – Automation

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Product Engineer – Automation to drive energy product solutions, manage technical and commercial support, and collaborate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure successful product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed sales and margin targets for energy products.Support sales teams across regions to meet profit plans.Provide technical guidance to product engineers and sales projects.Engage with suppliers to stay updated on new products.Develop solutions for the product portfolio and monitor market competition.Manage quotations, order entry, and customer service via the sales network.Deliver training programs for internal teams and external sales outlets.Prepare pre-qualification files for clients, ministries, and consultants.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, preferably business-related.7–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain.Proven track record in achieving business development targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Intercultural awareness and ability to operate in cross-border environments.Product knowledge, market insights, time management, planning, selling and negotiation skills, and executive presence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
