In this role, you will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to translate customer needs into clear product requirements, ensure smooth execution of roadmap items, and contribute to product launches and enhancements.This is a strong execution and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone building toward senior product leadership and passionate about AI-driven enterprise products.What you'll doCollaborate with customers and internal teams to capture needs, pain points, and feature requests, and synthesize them into structured requirements and user stories.Support in refining and maintaining the product feature roadmap by breaking down high-level initiatives into actionable work items.Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features through effective backlog management, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.Assist in go-to-market preparation through documentation, training materials, demos, and internal enablement.Contribute to early commercialization activities such as packaging inputs, tracking pilot feedback, and supporting field teams during customer onboarding.Participate in customer feedback loops, post-launch analysis, and continuous iteration of shipped features.Support in tracking product KPIs, adoption metrics, and performance indicators, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.Collaborate with product marketing to produce clear messaging, feature guides, and release notes.Help maintain product quality by identifying improvement areas, coordinating bug triage, and ensuring product readiness for customers.Work closely with senior PMs for mentorship and alignment with the broader product vision and strategy.Qualifications3+ years of product management or closely related experience.Experience working in or with B2B SaaS products; familiarity with AI, NLP, or search technologies is a strong plus.Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and GTM teams.Solid communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.Curiosity, ownership mentality, and willingness to grow into senior product roles.BenefitsYou will be at the forefront of an exciting time for the Middle East, joining a high-growth rocket-ship in an exciting space.You will be given a lot of responsibility and trust.
