This role blends strategic planning, product marketing, and operational excellence to accelerate advertiser success and creative product adoption across METAP. The ideal candidate combines analytical depth with cross-functional leadership, bringing structure, insight, and innovation to how TikTok empowers brands and creators.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Operational ExcellencePartner with regional Operations and Sales teams to define and execute data‑informed go‑to‑market and growth strategies for TikTok’s Creative and Creator solutionsLead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that align with TikTok’s growth priorities and drive advertiser enablement at scaleDesign and implement operational processes, business planning, and performance frameworks that embed accountability and support sustainable product adoption and market expansionAdvertiser Enablement & Product AdoptionLead 1st‑party and 3rd‑party creative product adoption across METAP — Design and delivering workshops, trainings, and playbooks that elevate advertiser performancePartner with sales and marketing science teams to translate advertiser feedback into actionable insights, shaping future product development and feature prioritizationProvide advertiser‑level operational support and ensure a seamless customer experience across the creative product lifecycleChampion best practices and incentive programs that boost creative effectiveness and advertiser satisfactionData, Insights & ReportingTranslate complex datasets into actionable insights and clear narratives that inform business decisions and product strategyCollaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Marketing Science teams to uncover performance drivers and market opportunitiesCross‑functional CollaborationAct as a strategic connector between Product, Sales, Business Marketing, and HQ counterparts to co‑create advertiser‑centric creative solutionsBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across METAP to influence strategy and deliver measurable business impactMinimum QualificationsHigh proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral: This role involves regular collaboration with clients and stakeholders across the METAP region. Projects with clients may be conducted entirely or partially in Arabic, requiring strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination and alignment of project goals.3 years+ experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environmentsExperience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketingSelf‑starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goalsAnalytical, data‑sensitive, and goal‑driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial‑and‑error iterations, and constantly improving through proficiency in data analysis toolsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing-related fieldDemonstrated success managing cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced, global organizationsExperience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony) and familiarity with marketplace dynamicsAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
