This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and marketing execution — making it ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital dentistry and training others.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute local education programs, including seminars, workshops, and training sessions (in‑person and virtual).Provide hands‑on training, consultancy, and technical guidance to 3Shape customers and resellers.Offer clinical support and basic troubleshooting for 3Shape products in the local market.Organise and support marketing activities, tradeshows, and conferences to strengthen 3Shape’s visibility in Saudi Arabia.Collaborate with commercial teams and global stakeholders to deliver impactful customer experiences.Collect and communicate market insights to Product Management and R&D.Support the development of structured training materials, FAQs, and other educational resources.Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders to grow the 3Shape community.Utilise CRM tools, surveys, and analytics to continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.Qualifications & RequirementsRegistered Dentist or Dental Technician.Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or laboratory environment.At least 2 years of CAD/CAM experience with dental or medical device products.Proven training or teaching experience (minimum 2 years).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.Excellent command of English — spoken, written, and read.Saudi National candidates are strongly preferred.Why Join 3Shape?Be part of a dynamic and innovative global company.Work with cutting‑edge dental technology that shapes the industry.Play an influential role in developing digital dentistry in Saudi Arabia.Grow your professional skills through global collaboration and continuous learning.If you are passionate about digital dentistry, enjoy engaging with professionals, and want to make a meaningful impact in the Saudi market — we would love to hear from you.We encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
