Production Manager (Automotive Filter division)

A leading manufacturer & supplier of Oil, Air, Fuel, Hydraulic Transmission, Coolant Filters & Industrial Products like: Hilliard, Mueller and Switch filtration located in Dammam - KSA required to hire the following position:Job Title: Production Manager (Automotive Filter division)Duties & Responsibilities of Production ManagerResponsible for day – to – day production activities, overseeing the spin-on line, Air & Cartridge line, poly amide filter line, press shop and the workshop.Responsible for the preparation of production plans for air/Cartridge, Toyota filters, and Spin-on filters and delivery commitment at a lower cost, and all relevant daily, weekly & monthly production reports.Co-ordinate with other factories for synchronization of production operation plans and requirements.Responsible for the determination of filter bill of materials and computation of actual product man-hour costing.Co-ordinate with maintenance department for the repair of automatic and manual Hydraulic presses and eccentric presses.Co-ordinate development of HDFD Air Filter.Takes care of the factory facilities and premises including the areas of production, Warehouse & administrative building.Facilitate the holding of the weekly regular production meetings as well as special production meetings to plan, organize and strategize efforts into a common goal.Handles special projects as may be directed by the head of operations.Participate in technical discussions for new machinery of the industrial/equipment/tool installations, utilities, infrastructures, etc., as may be directed by the head of operations.Language RequirementsArabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodAdditional RequirementsOwn a CarHave Driving LicenseJob SkillsBachelor degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years in production management of Automotive Filter industryCandidates should have exposure to DIE DESIGNING, DIE IMPROVEMENTS and TOOL & DIE MAKINGVery good command in English is a must.About The Company#J-18808-Ljbffr
