About the roleThe Program Manager manages and is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for tactical/operational service delivery for the dedicated MSP account. Optimizes service to the client in a high quality, cost-effective manner for multiple locations.Oversees, plans, directs and controls phases of the MSP account in order to increase productivity and encourage program growth within a fair and competitive environment.Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.What you’ll be doingSupports the Program Director and/or Supplier Manager in the management of supplier relationships and partnership negotiations.Manages delivery of a quality program to include participation in the program QBRs (Quality Business Reviews) with client as well as supplier community.Satisfies quality metrics that are established for the program and ensures supplier adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.Surveys clients regarding perception of service. Visits clients to emphasize quality and service.Identifies opportunities for further growth of existing accounts.Assists in the development and implementation of approved business plans for assigned skill sets or business units to maintain/expand sales. Reviews sales activity and recommends improvement programs as required.Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting businesses.Supports MSP (Managed Service Program) to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures.Provides assigned resources adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure they reach potential.Acts as the day-to-day escalation contact for Program Consultants within the account.Leverage advanced MS Excel expertise to develop and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.Collaborate closely with client-side stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.Support the Program Director by analyzing recruitment data and providing actionable recommendations.Monitor and ensure that the MSP programme consistently achieves defined objectives and performance metrics.Collect, validate, and synthesize business data from diverse sources to support strategic decision-making.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.About youWe want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:Experience2+ years’ experience in UAE / GCC market, knowledge of relevant local labor laws and 3rd party hiring practices and classificationsInternational recruitment experience highly regardedFinancial Services industry experienceSkillsMeet or exceed SLA’s in accordance with the client contract, operations manual and team member effort estimation plansAdvanced Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables) for worker and invoice data manipulationStrong stakeholder management and Level 2 escalation management skillsEducation / QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or higherQualifications in quality (e.g. LEAN Sigma) and/or project management (e.g. Prince2) advantageousWhy choose us?It’s an exciting time to be part of our team.
