Project Analyst - nCino

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst / Associate Agile Coach with strong exposure to Agile delivery environments and hands‑on experience with nCino (Salesforce‑based banking platform).ResponsibilitiesSupport Agile project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across banking and financial services initiatives.Support end‑to‑end project delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.Act as an Associate Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices across teams.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Track project metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders.Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of nCino solutions.Translate business requirements into user stories and functional documentation.Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile execution.Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Agile Project Coordinator, or Associate Agile Coach.Strong hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.Experience with nCino platform (mandatory).Good understanding of banking and financial services workflows.Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.Preferred QualificationsAgile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is an advantage.Experience supporting digital transformation or core banking projects.Exposure to regulatory or compliance‑driven projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
