We know that diverse and inclusive cultures are safer and more innovative.We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neuro-divergent candidates to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all site construction activities in accordance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.Develop construction strategies, work plans, and resource allocation plans.Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to Worley’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and project safety standards.Conduct regular safety meetings, site inspections, and risk assessments.Contractor & Workforce ManagementManage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure effective performance and productivity.Review contractor work plans, schedules, and resource requirements.Resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and delays.Quality ControlEnsure all construction activities meet engineering specifications, codes, and quality standards.Coordinate with quality assurance teams to perform inspections and testing.Oversee the implementation of quality management systems on-site.Schedule & Cost ControlMonitor project progress against the construction schedule and budget.Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost overruns or delays.Provide regular progress reports to project leadership.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with project stakeholders including engineering teams, procurement, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction status and issues.Project CloseoutOversee completion of construction activities, punch list management, and handover to commissioning teams.Ensure proper documentation and project closeout procedures are completed.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.Professional certifications (PMP, OSHA, or equivalent) are an advantage.ExperienceHaving construction experience, preferably in EPC or energy sector projects.Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.Experience working in oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, or energy projects is highly preferred.Key SkillsConstruction project managementLeadership and team managementContract and contractor managementRisk management and problem-solvingStrong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulationsBudgeting, scheduling, and resource planningMoving forward togetherWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
