Job Title: Project Controls Division ManagerLocation: Doha, Qatar (Onshore Major Projects)Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (36 Months)Schedule: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, 6 days per week, 8–10 hours per dayPosition SummaryLead and govern the Project Controls function across a major LNG onshore projectOversee cost, schedule, progress, reporting, and risk management against approved baselinesProvide accurate project performance insights to support senior management decision-makingEnsure EPC contractor compliance with project controls standards and reporting requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead project controls governance across planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and reporting functionsEstablish and maintain project control procedures, guidelines, and reporting systemsCoordinate inputs from engineering, construction, procurement, and other PMT functionsEnsure effective implementation of schedule, cost control, and progress measurement systemsMonitor EPC contractor performance in planning, reporting, and cost control activitiesAnalyse project cost and schedule data to identify risks, trends, and deviationsManage change control processes, including cost and schedule impact assessmentsProvide interface between senior project leadership and EPC contractor teamsReview invoices and ensure compliance with contractual and audit requirementsSupport workforce planning, resource management, and project forecasting activitiesEnsure integration of planning systems across all project execution phasesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or ScienceMinimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project environmentsAt least 3 years in a project management leadership role on major projectsStrong experience across project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost controlExperience working with EPC contractors and large project organisationsStrong knowledge of project execution processes, risk management, and change controlFamiliarity with international engineering standards and project governance systemsStrong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional Information36-month fixed-term contract12 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation6 days per week, 8–10 hours per dayMajor onshore LNG project environment in Doha, Qatar#J-18808-Ljbffr
